course schedule
Time Commitment & Flexibility
On average, you’ll spend about 3 hours per week engaging with the course content—except for every third week (Weeks 3, 6, 9, and 12), when we come together for an additional live, 2-hour group coaching session on Friday via Zoom. These are typically either 9am -11am EST or 12pm – 2pm EST.
We understand that life doesn’t pause for learning. Whether you’re balancing work, travel, or personal commitments, the course is designed with flexibility in mind. It’s not uncommon for participants to integrate the program into a busy schedule—including vacations and work trips—without falling behind.
Program Kick-Off: Live Orientation Session
We start strong with a 1-hour live Zoom session on Day 1 of the program. This kick-off is a chance to:
✅ Meet your cohort and build connections right away
✅ Break the ice with engaging introductions
✅ Get oriented to the program structure and expectations
✅ Set yourself up for success with tips on making the most of the experience
This session ensures you feel confident and connected from the start.
How the Weekly Learning Flow Works
This program blends asynchronous discussions (self-paced engagement throughout the week) with synchronous live sessions (real-time group coaching every third Friday).
Asynchronous Discussions (Self-Paced, Ongoing Throughout the Week)
These discussions allow you to reflect, share insights, and engage with others on your own schedule:
Monday, 8:00 AM EST – Phil will post thought-provoking reflection questions in the forum. These connect directly to the week’s content and are designed to deepen your leadership thinking.
Thursday, 8:00 AM EST – By this time, you should have posted your responses in the discussion forum. This gives others time to read and engage with your insights.
Sunday, 11:00 PM EST – You should have responded to at least one other participant’s post. While the minimum is one response, the goal is to create dynamic, meaningful discussions—so feel free to jump into multiple conversations.
Live Group Coaching (Synchronous, Every Third Friday)
Unlike the forum discussions, which happen at your own pace, these live Zoom sessions are a chance to:
✅ Dive deeper into key topics with real-time coaching
✅ Share challenges and get direct feedback
✅ Collaborate and connect with your peers in a more personal way
This blended approach ensures you’re not just absorbing information—you’re actively applying it, reflecting on it, and engaging in real conversations that elevate your leadership growth.
Since the program is designed with flexibility in mind, you can engage in discussions from anywhere, making it easy to participate even if you’re traveling or managing a demanding work schedule.
